- Beginners are always welcome. If you would like to know more about what to expect at the classes, please read the Info page.
- The drop-in rate for classes is normally in the range £5.00 - 9.00 but can be less than this - please contact the instructor if you want an exact figure. Note: No contracts - just pay as you go.
- Various discounts are available but you have to be a member to get these.
- Private lessons: Private tuitions (personal and group training) including private daytime training (some instructors teach at local schools), is also available by special arrangement.
- Surrey and Hampshire: No instructors available for private tuition at present.
- Tyne & Wear: Tom is available for kung fu &/or kickboxing private lessons in the Tyne & Wear area: 07971-057691
